Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Wigs
Ready-to-ship wigs are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Custom Orders
Custom wigs require up to 15 business days for production before shipping due to high order volume.
Shipping Options
Shipping options and costs are available at checkout. We offer several delivery methods, including free shipping within the United States when available.
Delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
Styles to Rock is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international shipments)
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Styles to Rock is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
