RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- Please note Due to the Covid-19 Virus and the new Covid Variants, only Returns listed below will be accepted:
- Returns will be accepted if we ship the Wrong order to you or the item was damaged by us (pictures is required to verify item is damaged, when you open the package, return shipping fees will be covered by us, including re-shipping of correct order. We will provide a paid return shipping label.
- Returns will be allowed, if the information mentioned on our site about the item you purchase, does not match the item you received, Please read product details before purchasing or contact us.
- Returns are only accepted 5 days after delivery, except, if we ship the wrong item to you or item was damaged by us.
- Exchange is acceptable if for example: You ordered a Closure Wig and you would like to exchange for a Frontal or Full Lace Unit for the same style or another wig on the site. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. A paid return shipping label will not be provided by us.
- Exchange must be in the same order value or price range.
- Exchange is only acceptable based on the availability of the product and must be listed on the site.
- When exchanging an order, please do not cut lace, damage or wear the wig before returning. Please note, wigs will be inspected thoroughly when returned before an exchange of order is given.
