Refund Policy & Returns and Exchange

At Styles to Rock, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return, Refund and Exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns For hygiene and safety reasons, all braided wigs are final sale once they have been worn, altered, or used.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The wig is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The wig must be returned within 3 days of delivery

  • The wig must still have all original packaging, tags, and lace uncut

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Custom Orders

All custom-made wigs are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are made specifically to the customer’s requested style, length, or color.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
